What Does this Lab Test Result Mean?

I received a copy of my lab results. My lipase says high 300, my cholesterol was 5.41 mmol/l, my HDL cholesterol was 0.81mmol/L and my LDL was 3.76 mmol/l my TC/HDL ratio was 6.7. I am 49, 6 2 260 lbs, blood pressure was normal. Triglycerides were 1.84 mmol/l. Am I at high risk for heart disease? It runs in both sides of the family!!what numbers should I be working towards to lower overall risk? I know excersise would help! Denis
